Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
- In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, the User of the website Pryazhkin Studio freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest provides Individual Entrepreneur Pryazhkin Leonid (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) with written consent to process personal data using automation tools and/or without such tools, including but not limited to: first name, last name, patronymic (if applicable), phone number, and email address.
For the purposes of this Consent, the following terms shall apply:
“User” — any individual visiting the website

“Personal Data” — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (Personal Data Subject).
“Personal Data Subject” — an individual whose personal data is being processed.
“Processing of Personal Data” — any action (operation) or set of actions performed with personal data using automated means or without such means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
Other terms used in this Consent shall be interpreted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
- By using the website https://pryazhkin.ru, submitting personal data through website forms, and clicking the button confirming consent to personal data processing, the User expresses consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy published on the website and automatically becomes a Personal Data Subject.
- Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject in accordance with the procedure established by the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.
- The Personal Data Subject shall:
4.1. provide accurate personal data necessary for using the website

4.2. express consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the established procedure;
4.3. update and supplement previously provided personal data if such information changes.
- The Personal Data Subject has the right to:
5.1. receive information regarding the processing of personal data, including:
- confirmation of personal data processing;
- legal grounds for processing;
- purposes and methods of processing;
- processed personal data relating to the respective Subject and the source of such data;
- processing and storage periods;
- procedures for exercising rights established by Russian legislation;
- information about persons to whom personal data may be disclosed;
- information about third parties processing personal data on behalf of the Operator;
- other information provided by applicable legislation.
5.2. obtain the information specified in clause 5.1 by sending a request to the Operator in accordance with the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.
- The Operator shall:
6.1. use personal data exclusively for the purposes specified in the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy;
6.2. provide information regarding personal data processing upon request of the Personal Data Subject or provide a justified refusal within the time limits established by applicable law;
6.3. implement necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions;
6.4. ensure lawful processing of personal data. If lawful processing cannot be ensured, the Operator shall destroy the unlawfully processed personal data within ten (10) business days from the date such unlawful processing is identified;
6.5. upon request of the Personal Data Subject, update, block, or delete personal data if such data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the declared processing purposes;
6.6. immediately notify the Personal Data Subject of any loss or disclosure of personal data;
6.7. cease processing and destroy personal data upon withdrawal of consent by the Personal Data Subject, except where processing may continue under applicable Russian law.
- Processing of personal data specified in clause 1 of this Consent may be carried out by any lawful means, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
- Processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the purposes established by the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.
- For the purposes of processing personal data, the Operator may engage third parties under contractual agreements, provided that such parties comply with Russian legislation regarding confidentiality and security of personal data.
- Consent to the processing of personal data remains valid for the entire duration of contractual relations (but no less than thirty-six (36) months from the date of consent or conclusion of a contract), or until the occurrence of circumstances specified in clause 3 of this Consent.
- Access protection for electronic databases containing personal data is ensured through licensed software products preventing unauthorized third-party access.
- The Operator processes personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, other applicable regulations of the Russian Federation, and the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.
